Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned

Who doesn't love Maple Syrup? A Canadian gift to the world, it makes for a fantastic fall cocktail with only a few ingredients. To make this Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned start by combining 2 tsp of maple syrup, 1 tsp water and 1 dash of your favourite bitters (optional) in a glass, stirring well. Add a few blocks of ice and a thinly sliced orange peel, then pour 2 oz of bourbon on top. If you're feeling fancy, garnish with a cherry on top. Serve and enjoy.

Harvest Rye and Ginger

To prepare this autumn edition of the classic rye and ginger cocktail, start by cutting 2-3 large slices of ginger root and combine in a glass with 6 oz of ginger ale, and the juice from a lime wedge (to taste). Add in 3-4 ice cubes, and 1-2 oz of Crown Royale's Harvest Rye. Stir lightly and serve with another lime wedge and/or lime zest.

Kentucky Mulled Cider

Apple cider can be enjoyed in so many ways, and is especially delicious in seasonal drinks. A definer of fall, it helps us celebrate the season. If you love it, try this bourbon based Kentucky Mulled Cider. Start by adding 1-2 oz of bourbon to a mug or tall glass. Preheat 1-2 cups of apple cider and add it to the mug with a dash of allspice. Garnish with a tall cinnamon stick and lemon slice, stir, and serve.

Kahlua Pumpkin Spice

If you love Kahlua, you have to try the brand's seasonal twist on their creamy popular liqueur. Kahlua Pumpkin Spice will rock your world, and this special cocktail combines it with comforting and delicious hot chocolate. Start by making hot chocolate (from scratch or from a packet or can), heat to warm and set aside. Add 2-3 oz of Kahlua Pumpkin Spice to a beer mug, along with a dash of cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and if desired, 1 tsp of pumpkin puree. Stir lightly until blended, then slowly add the warm hot chocolate. Stir again, and top with whipped cream and cinnamon to taste. Serve and enjoy (a lot). Get the recipe here.
